We stopped and had lunch at the store in Glendale town center in Indianapolis. Tamika was our hostess. She was such a fun person! She was so helpful and pleasant! We will definitely be coming back!

Burger is delicious, will buy again

I order my food. Gave a little tip and my food was sent quick.

I love this place. The one on zarzamora and military is the best. It was krazy packed yesterday and i felt for the waiters and waitresses. Even with all those customers our waitstaff was the best. I forgot the names of them. But we went around 7pm to 8pm sat on the patio and had our orders delivered on time fresh even tipped more than usual. It was another great B Dub experience!!

Good service and good food

I went to the BWW in Wayne NJ. The best part of the evening was our waitress she was really on the ball and attentive but the food is crap! I told them I can't have spicy I'm allergic to spicy they said no problem and they gave me a spicy hamburger. My friend ordered boneless wings low in spiciness, and after the first bite he thought his head would explode from the spiciness.
I was assured the wings would be taken off the bill and they weren't! So I had to flag down the waitress again. And I also noticed the wings listed for $10 on the menu showed up on my bill for $12.99.
The restroom was filthy, there were paper towels all over the wet floor and the garbage was overflowing.
No need to contact me, I am never going back there again!

3 strikes for the BW's on east College Ave in Appleton WI! First time they forgot an entree so I drove back 20 minutes 1 way to get it. Next time they didn't included my kids sides. Today I ordered online for a 6:40 pick up. I would not get my food to go for 45 minutes later. No, apology or anything resembling concern for my wait. They told me they were busy tonight. I call bullsh!t on that. The bar and restaurant areas were not packed but there were about a dozen people waiting for on line orders to go. I think management needs to think about their customer satisfaction. I'm so done with BW's.

Buffalo Wings servers and managers are awesome! They are professional, efficient, and friendly. We enjoyed going there and meeting with Brandon, Rick, Ben, Drew, Stephanie, and one of them who has a Greek name. We thank you all!

This is just a statement of one store to the next. We went to a peoria Illinois location in grand Prarie mall and just made it in the door when a Karen worker came running out stating that we had to wear a mask to come in tho its a eating place and its a law we wear them! We responded that we will take our business elsewhere. In contrary we went to the east peoria location and no comments were made and they just asked us where we'd like to sit. Excellent service at the east peoria location but the one at grand Prarie trying to force masks upon us is not right. It is not an actual law on wearing a mask and just an over step from the governor. East peoria 5 star
